3- Grid-based simulation and optimization of multi-level metal forming processes
The global goal of this work package is the development of concepts and the realization of a software environment for the grid-based simulation and the optimization of multi-level metal forming processes.On the basis of the simulation systems INDEED® and FETIINDEED® and the distributed optimization procedures - developed in the metal forming industry for optimization problems- a solution is to be realized, which offers different service levels to the user for the solution of complex multi-level forming problems.
