After the HPCWE kick-off meeting on June 11th, 2019, the Brazilian coordinator, Dr. Bruno Carmo from the University of São Paulo, visited the European partners. In meetings with the PI and researchers at the University of Nottingham and from the Imperial College London, they discussed key issues to promote the Europe-Brazil collaborations, including the co-development of algorithms and codes, co-organization of the project workshop and the exchange of staff and PhD students.
