Harting fixed some minor bugs, made the code compile on additional platforms (AIX 5 for example), and added some more utilities. Harting made the code compile on Linux machines, added postprocessing and xdr support and merged in N. Gonzalez-Segredo's pressure routines. The C postprocessor, the program for the structure factor calculation, as well as some other useful utilities are part of the distribution now. This version is based on Iain's release. Type 'cvs co -r jenschanges' to get it. I. Murray checked in his changes of the original code (including Lees-Edwards boundary conditions and some improvements like checkpointing written by J.
