The UVSQ Research group has been working for almost 20 years in the area of High Performance Computing. Its main areas of expertise are performance evaluation and optimization of parallel systems, compilers optimization, memory system architecture microbenchmarking and optimization, power profiling and optimization, numerical and embedded libraries. With MAQAO, it has developed a tool for analyzing and optimizing assembler code quality. UVSQ is involved in a number of research activities and projects on HPC and collaborates world-wide with partners both from industry and academia. UVSQ is also partner of the Exascale Computing Research center (ECR) together with Intel, CEA and GENCI, with the goal of addressing future HPC challenges
