· Are there any limitations on the number of partners for this call?
Theoretically not. However you should note that the budget is limited and the independant evaluators might doubt the manageability of the proposal if you share the budget between too many partners. Back to top

· Who can respond to this call?
The easy answer to this is: Anybody that is allowed to submit proposals to the European Comission and is not a member of the consortium already.
This should be any european union member country and the candidate countries. However we strongly recommend to ask your national contact point or use the official support channels from the comission. You can find them here.
